“The ultimate
achievement is
to become Indomable.”

It takes an Indomable mindset to create systemic change.
It is likely you have achieved a level of success in your career as a leader. You learned to work within a system; to play the game. But now you want your next great achievement to be creating massive systemic change – to truly innovate and make things better for your company, industry, or community.
But when you take on a system, the system fights back. That’s why you must become Indomable. “Indomable” is a Spanish word that literally means “difficult to domesticate”. Becoming Indomable describes an evolved state of mind mastery where no one and nothing controls you, including your own mind.
Are you ready to be truly challenged?
Becoming Indomable is an intensive and challenging private coaching experience that is at the intersection of achievement and systemic change.
Becoming Indomable prepares you to handle the pressure of external resistance and the internal pressure of your own fears and insecurities as you take on systemic change.
Becoming Indomable is the kind of coaching you are seeking if you are …
A conscious leader who is
committed to systemic change.
Investing regularly in practices
that promote self-growth and are ready
for something more intense and challenging.
Feeling that traditional personal development
programs and methodologies are boring or
ineffective and want a coach who is also an intellectual peer.
Aware of your progress and growth
and also of your remaining self-limiting mindsets.
This program likely isn’t for you if you don’t have a
high level of emotional maturity, are not willing to challenge
your beliefs and current identity, and/or are not committed to advancing humanity.

Preparing you to make some good trouble.
This is not a traditional coaching program. Instead, I have designed it as a series of 6-month commitments to guide you through becoming Indomable and support you as you take on systemic change. In our work together, we will be iteratively and progressively working on:
1. Critical Mind
2. Intentionality
3. Self-Mastery
4. Inner-Confidence
5. Resilience
6. Systemic Vision
7. Creative Muscle
∞. Infinite Growth
At the conclusion of the initial 6-months, we will collaborate on designing the next 6-months of coaching - which will include deepening some or all of these traits, especially those related to systemic leadership.
Let’s take this on together.
What kind of trouble do you want to get yourself into?
Let’s have a powerful and real conversation to see if we are a fit for each other.
Note: a percentage of your fee will sponsor a Latina activist in my Indomable community.
