“The ultimate
achievement is
to become Indomable.”

~ Virginia Lacayo, PhD.

It takes an Indomable mindset to create systemic change.

It is likely you have achieved a level of success in your career as a leader. You learned to work within a system; to play the game. But now you want your next great achievement to be creating massive systemic change – to truly innovate and make things better for your company, industry, or community.

But when you take on a system, the system fights back. That’s why you must become Indomable. “Indomable” is a Spanish word that literally means “difficult to domesticate”. Becoming Indomable describes an evolved state of mind mastery where no one and nothing controls you, including your own mind.

Are you ready to be truly challenged?

Becoming Indomable is an intensive and challenging private coaching experience that is at the intersection of achievement and systemic change.

Becoming Indomable prepares you to handle the pressure of external resistance and the internal pressure of your own fears and insecurities as you take on systemic change.

Becoming Indomable is the kind of coaching you are seeking if you are …

This program is for a higher conscious leader who

A conscious leader who is

for something more intense and challenging.
Feeling that traditional personal development
programs and methodologies are boring or
ineffective and want a coach who is also an intellectual peer.
Aware of your progress and growth
and also of your remaining self-limiting mindsets.

This program likely isn’t for you if you don’t have a
high level of emotional maturity, are not willing to challenge
your beliefs and current identity, and/or are not committed to advancing humanity.

Preparing you to make some good trouble.

This is not a traditional coaching program. Instead, I have designed it as a series of 6-month commitments to guide you through becoming Indomable and support you as you take on systemic change. In our work together, we will be iteratively and progressively working on:

This program is for a higher conscious leader who

1. Critical Mind

A critical mind equips you to challenge assumptions and identify the limiting beliefs created by a system in order to sustain itself. A critical mind puts you in a state of ongoing curiosity where you perpetually seek opportunities hidden in the invisible and in the shadows.

2. Intentionality

Intentionality is the ability to identify and take action on pressure points that will shake the system. When you are living intentionally, you are choosing the thoughts, emotions and behaviors that best serve you in any situation.

3. Self-Mastery

Self-mastery is having power over your mind; which makes you capable of handling the gaslighting that comes with agitating a system. By controlling your mind, you overcome self-sabotage and paralyzing thoughts and emotions.

4. Inner-Confidence

Inner-confidence goes beyond competency to a deeper trust that carries you through adversity, unpredictability and obstructions. Trusting yourself is the unshakeable belief in your vision, mission and your capacity to overcome any obstacle and figure things out.

5. Resilience

Resilience is not just the capacity to endure difficult situations. It is the skill of regulating your reactions in order to stay calm and centered under intense pressure. Resilience is about having enough resources in place to keep fighting.

6. Systemic Vision

Systemic vision is understanding how things really work and identifying patterns and connections that others miss – which gives you a significant strategic advantage to take on systemic change from within.

7. Creative Muscle

Creative muscle is the ability to utilize your imagination and skills to create value that didn’t exist before. Creativity is a skill that must be developed. Once you’ve trained the creative part of the mind, you can build new ways of interacting with each other, invent systems no one has thought of before, and lead the designing of a new and more equitable future.

∞. Infinite Growth

Infinite growth is the state of mind where you deeply enjoy personal growth. It is realizing there are endless opportunities to grow, challenge your own limits and imagine what’s possible. This is the fun part that most leaders never reach!

At the conclusion of the initial 6-months, we will collaborate on designing the next 6-months of coaching - which will include deepening some or all of these traits, especially those related to systemic leadership.
